C together.

how to do it.
Take 6000
mg of MSM. Buy the type that comes in 1000 mg that way you just
need to take 6 pills. I have taken up 8000mg at one time and
I experience no problems in my stomach. However,r this much
has caused me to have up to 4 bowel movements each day.
MSM is such a wonder nutrient that helps
in all kinds of health issues. It is good for arthritis and is considered
an anti-aging nutrient since it keeps your skin and cell structure flexible.

At the same time you take MSM, take 3000-4000mg
of vitamin C. You can take the buffered type if you have a sensitive
stomach.

take these two supplements all at once or at two different times
